Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the mobile application Lognest — Logo Maker & Design ("the App"), provided by Devlex Infotech ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

1. License to Use the App

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on devices you own or control, for your personal or business design needs, in accordance with these Terms and the App Store terms.

2. Your Content

"Your Content" means text, photos, images and other material you add to the App. You retain ownership of Your Content. You are solely responsible for it and confirm that you have the rights to use it and that it does not infringe anyone's rights or any law.

3. Design Assets & Intellectual Property

The App and its content — including templates, fonts, icons, shapes, backgrounds, graphics, software, and design — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. We grant you a license to use these assets only as part of designs you create in the App.

You may use the logos and designs you export for personal and commercial purposes.
You may not extract, redistribute, resell or sublicense the raw templates, fonts, icons or other assets on their own, separate from a design you created.
Some assets may be subject to third-party rights; you are responsible for ensuring your final use complies with applicable terms and laws.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the App for any unlawful, infringing, harmful or deceptive purpose;
Copy, reverse-engineer, decompile or attempt to extract the source code or assets of the App;
Interfere with, disrupt or overload the App or its servers;
Create content that infringes trademarks, copyrights or other rights of third parties.

5. Exports

Designs you create can be saved to your device and shared by you. You are responsible for how you use and distribute your exported files, including compliance with any third-party brand or trademark rights.

6. Availability & Changes

The App and its content are provided on an ongoing basis but may change, be updated, or be discontinued at any time without notice. Some features rely on internet connectivity and third-party services and may be unavailable at times.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or uninterrupted or error-free operation. You use the App at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Devlex Infotech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the App and uninstall it at any time. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

10. Third-Party Services

The App may rely on third-party services (such as content delivery and the Apple App Store). Their terms and policies also apply to your use.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of the App means you accept the changes.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be subject to the courts having jurisdiction there.
